Speaker of the Customer Parliament 2026, Josiah Paris, has commended Africell Sierra Leone for its commitment to customer engagement and quality service delivery.
Speaking during the session, Paris noted that Africell was the only Mobile Network Operator represented by its Chief Executive Officer, describing the move as a strong sign of accountability and respect toward customers.
Africell Sierra Leone CEO, Shadi Gerjawi, addressed concerns raised by customers and outlined the company’s plans for expansion, digital innovation, and continued investment in telecommunications infrastructure across the country.
The engagement formed part of discussions at Customer Parliament 2026 aimed at strengthening collaboration between telecom operators and consumers to improve service delivery in Sierra Leone.
