Alpha Kargbo, an auto mechanic, appeared before Magistrate Mustapha Braima Jah at Pademba Road Court No. 1 on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, facing a charge of larceny contrary to Section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.
According to the particulars of the offence, sometime in 2023 at New York Garage off Waterloo Highway in Freetown, Kargbo allegedly stole, as a bailee, parts from a DAF truck (registration number ARK 660) belonging to Messie Kamara.
