An ongoing highly alleged muder case of Emmanuel Tommy a twenty years old motorbike rider made his first appearance before Magistrate Augustine Brima Samura of Pademba Road Court No.8 on Tuesday, 29th July, 2025, on a count charge to Manslaughter (Motor) contrary to law
According to the particulars of offence on Friday 30th May 2025 at 21:30hrs along Hennessey Street New England Ville the western area in Freetown being the rider on conpol of TVS star HLX motorbike with registration number AUV 346 and unlawfully kill Mohamed Bah
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person no plea was taken
The prosecutor Inspector Aminata Korio sought for a short adjournment date to have proper conference with her witnesses
Meanwhile Magistrate Samura refused bail due to gravity of the weight of the offence charged and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown.
The case has been adjourned to the 31st of July, 2025, for further proceedings.
