Justice of the Court of Appeal, Reginald Sydney Fynn, has raised concerns over the suspension of Supreme Court Judge Allan B. Halloway, pending inquiry.
He noted that the principles of natural justice were not observed, as the Chief Justice served both as chairman and complainant during the meeting that referred the matter to the President, leading to Judge Halloway’s suspension.
