The ongoing alleged fraud case involving 37-year-old Austin Jusu, also known as “Hero,” returned to Pademba Road Magistrate Court No. 1 on Monday, 9th February 2026, before Magistrate Mustapha Braima Jah. Jusu is charged with obtaining money by false pretences, contrary to Section 32(1) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of the offence, between 30th September and 31st December 2023, Jusu allegedly obtained Le 100,000 from Abubakarr Mohamed Jabbie by falsely promising to supply PVC windows and doors, knowing the claim to be untrue.
