The ongoing alleged dwelling house case involving Esther Namisa Mansaray came up again on Wednesday, 17th September 2025, before Magistrate Mustapha Braima Jah at Pademba Road Court No. 1. The accused is facing one count of House Breaking and Larceny, contrary to Section 26(1) of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence, on Monday, 12th May 2025, at the back of Villa 56, Hill Station, Freetown, the accused allegedly broke and entered into the dwelling house of Musa Sidie Koroma and stole items including one black Bluetooth device, cash of NLe 3,000, five assorted coloured jeans trousers, five lacoste shirts, and five gallons of rubber containers, all valued at NLe 5,840, property of the complainant.

The prosecutor, Sergeant 9939 M. Lahai, requested a short adjournment, noting that a key witness was unwell and unable to attend court.

In his ruling, Magistrate Jah granted the accused bail in the sum of NLe 10,000 with two sureties in like sum. Each surety must be a resident of Freetown and produce a valid NCRA card. The bail is to be approved by the Deputy Assistant Registrar.

The matter was adjourned to 24th September 2025 for further proceedings.
