The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited (SLCB) has allocated funds for the procurement of Two (2) dedicated 200 KVA Transformers for their branches at Adonkia and Jui and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders who can demonstrate the financial and technical capability to provide the required items in the right specifications and in a timely manner.
Bidding is open to potential suppliers who can demonstrate the financial and technical capability to provide the required items in the right specifications and in a timely manner in the address below between 10 a.m and 4pm, from Monday to Friday.
Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500 (Five Hundred Leones)
Prospective bidders are required to make payments for bidding documents in any of the accounts listed below:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 26th May 2025 at 1pm. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business Registration Certificate
- Bid Security of Sixty-Four Thousand, Five Hundred Leones (NLe 64,500) from a reputable commercial bank
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- City Council License
- NPPA Supplier Registration Certificate
- Evidence of similar contracts
- Audited Financial Statements for the past two (2) years
- Statement of 1 year Warranty period
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
- A signed Integrity Pact; (See attached)
- Bid Form (Signed & stamped)
Due to the emergency nature in which the Transformers are required, bidding will run for a period of One (1) week after which the bids will be publicly opened on Monday 26th May 2025, in the presence of Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Please note that late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder
