The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank has allocated funds for the procurement of Various Non- Consultancy Services and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Security Services at SLCB Branches nationwide.
The various services are required for the Bank’s Branches Nationwide and Bidding is open to all suppliers who have the technical and financial capability to undertake the various activities
The above Non-Consultancy Services are divided into Lots and will be conducted on a Framework basis as follows:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, during the advert period. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe
500.00 (Five Hundred Leones).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th June 2025 at 1 p.m. and all bids must be accompanied by:
A valid Business Registration Certificate
Bid Security from a reputable Commercial Bank (refer to above Table);
A valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate;
Copy of NPPA Registration Certificate
ONS Security Certificate / License
City Council License
A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Audited Financial Statements for the last Two (2) years
Bids will be publicly opened on 16th June 2025 at 1 p.m. in the presence of the bidders’
designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
