Chernor Bah conveyed that the government of Sierra Leone under President Bio’s leadership placed premium in investing in people- by increasing the education budget to 22 percent, while prioritizing inclusive education by allowing pregnant girls and children with disabilities to access schools across the country.

He further noted that government has harnessed and is integrating innovative technologies in its educational architecture by providing smart applications to check and access examination results, platforms for accessing the full curriculum including without internet and providing tablets to enhance teachers supervision and monitoring across schools, in both the urban and rural areas”

Honorable Bah said that by far the smartest investment is “”investing in people- especially the marginalized, girls, those in rural areas, those with disabilities etc” and that Sierra Leone, under President Bio has made that the cornerstone of our development agenda.
